I wasn’t sure what to write for this at first but Emily told me unequivocally that my secret talent is Eggs.
Quite simply, I am good at cooking eggs in a variety of ways. It may not sound like much, but actually a well cooked egg is hard to beat when you really think about it! How many bacon and egg sandwiches have been ruined by an overlooked yolk? How many omelettes spoiled by being burnt on the bottom and otherwise tasteless? How many poached eggs still gloopy with undercooked white?
